Top grade artiste of All India Radio and Doordarshan, Mazhar Ali Khan is an expert exponent of Hindustani classical vocals belonging to the Kasur Patiala Gharana. He is the grandson of Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, and the elder brother to Jawaad Ali Khan with whom he has performed almost all of his concerts in India and abroad.
