Who are the organisers of the Raymond MTV India Music Summit?
The Raymond MTV India Music Summit is an production by Musiconcepts Pvt Ltd. Founded by the country’s top media professionals, Musiconcepts is a coming together of people who share a passion for music and the arts. With decades of combined experience and expertise in media marketing, content development, television anchoring, international licensing, publishing, advertising and large-scale events, the co -founders Mala Sekhri, Ambika Srivastava & Aparna Joshi aim to deliver large-format music and cultural events. The effort is to bring into focus our richmusical heritage and showcase musical experiences at par with the world’s best.

The dates of the IMS are Oct 4th to 6th 2019.

What is the venue of the Raymond MTV India Music Summit?
The Summit is being held at The Fairmont in Jaipur, India. A fabulous 5 star property with expansive grounds, picturesque settings with the architecture of a royal haveli, that will make your musical journey an unforgettable experience

Where can I check the schedule?
The schedule will be released in September. It can be found on our website under Program Schedule . Do keep checking the website www.musiconcepts.in for regular updates. Please note that the schedule and artistes are subject to change.

How many speakers and artistes are featured at the Raymond MTV India Music Summit?
The Summit features over 100 artists, 36 hours of music, concerts, baithaks, panel discussions and much more.

What is the difference between a season pass and a day pass?
A season pass entitles you to attend all the sessions including lec-dems, films, concerts, panel discussions and workshops over the 3 days at the Raymond MTV India Music Summit.
A day pass entitles you to attend the all the sessions including lec-dems, films, concerts, panel discussions and workshops on one single day only.
An evening pass entitles the guests to the performances for a particular evening from 7pm onwards.

How is the seating arrangement - If seated, will customers get specific Seat Numbers while booking or is it a free seating with first come first serve basis?
Apart from the first few rows which are reserved for artists and sponsors, seating is on a first come, first served basis

Are wheelchair facilities available at Raymond MTV India Music Summit venue?
Yes, wheelchair facility is available at the Fairmont.

Yes, food is available at the venue on a chargeable basis.

How can I become a volunteer for IMS 2018?
Interested candidates can fill up the online application form on our website. Candidates must be over the age of 18 years and must have a valid photo ID card. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. All selected candidates must be available for training and orientation one day prior to the Summit.
